Rio Othon Palace Hotel Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro

My stay at Rio Othon Palace had its ups and downs. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Copacabana Beach, and I loved the views from my room and the breakfast area. However, the service could be much better. I encountered queues at reception and some cleanliness issues in my room that dampened the experience.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Rio Othon Palace. The location was absolutely fantastic, right across from Copacabana beach with beautiful views. However, the hotel needs some serious updates and better maintenance, as my room felt outdated and cleanliness was lacking. The breakfast was quite disappointing, and the service varied, which made it hard to fully enjoy my time there.

My stay at the Rio Othon Palace came with a mix of highs and lows. While the views from the rooftop were absolutely amazing and the staff, especially Solange, were incredibly friendly, I found the rooms to be in desperate need of refurbishment. There were several issues like thin towels, stained carpets, and noise disturbances from guests above that detracted from the experience.

My stay at the Rio Othon Palace was mostly great, with the prime location directly across from Copacabana beach being a standout feature. The breakfast offered a lot of variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. However, I did face a few issues, such as a long check-in process and some facilities being a bit crowded at times, like the rooftop pool.

While the location of Rio Othon Palace is unbeatable, right across from Copacabana beach, there were several drawbacks during my stay. The check-in process was lengthy and the facilities felt outdated, such as the elevators that were unreliable. Additionally, my room had maintenance issues that took too long to resolve, contributing to a less enjoyable experience overall.
